Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: the bill details you tell us by voice or chat (for example what you pay for energy, broadband, mobile or your mortgage); an estimated savings profile we build from that; and, if you sign in, your name and email address from your Google account via our authentication provider. If you choose to be contacted, we collect your contact preference and any number you provide.

We use your information to run the calculators and assistant, to build and show your savings profile, to save your profile if you sign in, and — only with your explicit consent — to introduce you to a partner who can help you make the savings. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

We operate a human-in-the-loop consent step. Your bill profile and contact details are only ever passed to a partner after you tap Approve on a screen that tells you exactly what will be shared and with whom. A spoken “yes” alone is never treated as consent. You can decline, and nothing is shared.

Your profile and account data are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted in the UK (London region). Voice processing is provided by our speech partner and chat is powered by a language-model provider; these process your inputs to run the assistant. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. If you signed in, you can delete your account, which removes your saved profile. To make a request, contact us via the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
